today fat loss program contains almost all the food kinds, this fat loss program will help you to lose weight and fats as fast as possible and in healthy way too,this fat loss program is rich with all the factors and elements that your body needs , no you can lose weight without feeling hungry or tired again.

the fat loss program as follows:

Breakfast for all days of the week:
Fresh juice+ 2 toast with a vegetables brick .

Saturday:
Lunch: Beef steak + boiled vegetables +2 toast.
Dinner: the salad of brick and the cucumber + two types of fruit.




Sunday:
Lunch: any type of pasta + tomato sauce + salad with fresh apple cider vinegar.
Dinner: cup of skim milk or juice + 2 white toast with cheese + an apple.

Monday:
Lunch: Fresh salad with apple cider vinegar + grilled chicken + 2 toast.
Dinner: the salad of tuna without oil, apple.

Tuesday:
Lunch: meat any kind you like of meat + boiled vegetables + 2 toast.
Dinner: Fresh salad + 2 toast with a brick + any type of fruit.

Wednesday:
Lunch: grilled fish with lemon+ salad + fresh + 1 toast.
Dinner: Fresh salad + 2 toast with a brick + any type of fruit.

Thursday:
Lunch: boiled rice + yogurt.
Dinner: fresh juice + salad + fruit or skim milk.

Friday:
Lunch: Choose any lunch and dinner of any day of the week with no switch, which took lunch on last day with dinner and even meals on the same day.
