12 days to lose 12kg fat loss program

every one wants to lose weight fast and in a healthy ways ,but if you looking forward for that you have to follow the fat loss program that suits your case,
there is thousands of fat loss programs and all of it contains all the good diet foods but not every fat loss program suits you, you have to choose the fat loss program which easy to follow and to apply.

The first day, second and the third day

Eat yogurt, milk and low-fat milk, and tea without sugar or diet sugar,
Or coffee and you can eat low-fat cheese.



the fourth, fifth and sixth day

Eat all kinds of fruit .. But Stay away from bananas, mangoes, dates, and you can drink Fruit juice and keep away from canned pineapple, especially because its very high proportion of sugar.




the seventh, eighth and ninth day

Eat vegetables and all the different kinds of it .. you can drink vegetables juices such as carrots and tomatoes .. Preferably to keep away from eating boiled potatoes



On the tenth day and atheist and twelfth day

in this Last days .. the meal is based on the chicken and meat .. Prefer to stay away from deli meats such as sausage because the high calorie content on it.
