- the diet program :-
On an empty stomach before each meal and before bed tablespoon of natural apple cider vinegar
Daily Breakfast:
3 cup of coffee and ginger or cinnamon with fresh milk
Then a cup of beet.
Daily Lunch:
Two glasses with the carrot juice and half a grain of beet
Cup of cinnamon or ginger without milk
Then a cup of grapefruit juice + fish, chicken or roast beef
Without salt in any quantity
Daily Dinner:
2 cup of coffee
a cup of carrot juice with half a grain of sugar beet +Cup with cinnamon or ginger without milk+ Cup of yogurt
Notes : -
-When you feel hungry: Drink 2 cups of cinnamon or a large cup of ginger
- You can mix carrots, beet and make them as juice and drink it when you feel hungry.
You have to repeat this program over the whole week and you will feel and see the results
