day3 : repeat day1 or day2 ,and you can repeat both in the same day that means eat vegetables and fruits except bananas its means a combination of day1 and day2 .


day4 : drink 4:5 cups of milk and 5:7 bananas .

day5 : you can eat 3:4 steak of meat you can replace it with fish or chicken steaks and unlimited amount of green salad that what makes this plan a very effective healthy diet .

day6 : repeat day 5.

day7 : repeat day 5 and In addition to drink agood amount of water.
