lunch: fruit type and amount of any one (orange / Tangerine / strawberry / pear / apple / peach / melon)
Dinner: grilled meat, salad
VII
lunch: cheese 1 toast, tomato
Dinner: fish or poached or grilled shrimp or tuna oil refinery, the power of 0.1 orange or grapefruit.


The second week

Daily breakfast: 1 orange or half grapefruit from 0.1 to 2 hard boiled egg

First day
lunch: 2 hard boiled egg - power (Option - lettuce - tomato - pepper turkey - watercress)
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs - orange or grapefruit

II
lunch: grilled meat - the authority
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs - orange or grapefruit

III
lunch: grilled meat - choice
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs - boiled vegetables (zucchini or beans or spinach)

IV
lunch: 2 hard boiled egg - cheese - boiled vegetables
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs - boiled vegetables – tomatoes

V
lunch: fish or boiled shrimp or grilled
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs – orange

VI
lunch: grilled meat - tomato - orange or grapefruit
Dinner: A combination of fruit orange - tangerine - Cantaloupe – apple.

VII
lunch: boiled or grilled chicken - tomato - orange or grapefruit
Dinner: boiled chicken - tomato - orange or grapefruit

The third week
-you must eat the following food over the whole day and divide it in to the three meals or more as you wish.

First day

Any kind of fruit at any time and in any combination and any amount other than grapes, mangoes, dates, bananas, dates, figs
II
Any kind of boiled vegetables and any kind of power (all kinds of vegetables are allowed, except for potatoes and dry beans

III
Any kinds of fruit and any previous type of boiled vegetables and authority at any time and in any quantity

IV
Fish or shrimp (boiled or grilled) in any quantity - power (only lettuce and watercress)

V
Grilled or boiled meat without fat, except for lamb or chicken grilled or boiled
And any amount of boiled vegetables

VI
Fruit type and only one apple or peach Pear or guava or apricot or just any amount at any time

VII

Fruit type and only one apple or peach Pear or guava or apricot or just any amount at any time


Fourth week


Amount mentioned in each day are distributed to the whole day without a specific date, but without any increase

First
4 pieces grilled or poached chicken or one quarter of a boiled
3 tomatoes - 4 Cucumber - can tuna strainer - 1 quarter of a loaf toast or toasted

II
5 grilled meat steaks at maximum 1 kilograms - 3 tomatoes - 4 Cucumber - 1 quarter of a loaf toast or toasted - 1 apple or orange or pear or guava or grapefruit

III
Cheese 1 tablespoon cheese - 1 can tuna strainer - 1 small dish boiled vegetables - 2 tomatoes - 2 Cucumber - 1 toast - 1 grapefruit or orange

IV
Half boiled or grilled chicken - 2 tomatoes - 4 option - 1 toast - 1 grapefruit or orange

V
2 eggs boiled - 1 lettuce - 3 tomatoes - 4 Cucumber-1 grapefruit

VI
1 boiled chicken - eighth kilo cheese - a toast - 2 tomatoes - 2 option - 1 yogurt - grapefruit or orange

VII
1 tablespoon cheese - 1 can tuna strainer - 1 small dish boiled vegetables - 2 tomatoes - 2 Cucumber - 1 toast - 1 grapefruit or orange

Important notes on this system :-

1. you Must drink a lot of water
2. Boil vegetables in water without adding any cubes of chicken stock
3. Do not add oil or margarine or any fats or greases
4. Allowed to drink tea or coffee at any time, but without milk or sugar (desalination can be an alternative to sugar)
5. Allowed to drink a cup of soda at any time as well as the penultimate one of the only diet soda
6. When it does not specify the amount of food can eat any amount up to the full feeling of satiety.
7. When feeling hungry can take any amount of the Cucumber or lettuce or carrots, taking into account the following:
- After two hours of the basic diet
- Eat one variety of the above between each meal and other
8. Must follow as the system is the same amount and is not allowed to repleace the dinner or the lunch
