Breakfast:
3 cup of coffee and ginger or cinnamon cup milk fresh light
Then a cup carrots and beets juice
lunch:
cup of carrot juice with the juice of half a grain beet
Cup of cinnamon and ginger without milk
Then a cup of grapefruit juice + fish, chicken or beef roast
Without salt in any quantity
Dinner:
2 cup of coffee
2 cups of carrots and half a grain beet juice.
Cup with cinnamon ginger without milk
+ Cup of yogurt
When you feel hungry: Drink 2 cups cinnamon or a large cup of ginger.
