today fat loss program as follows:

Breakfast:

- 2 cups of yogurt + green salad as you wish.
- Or 2 fruit.


lunch:

1-2 cups water.
2 - green salad in any quantity.
3-1 Toast
4 - sauteed vegetable dish.
5-2 a piece of boiled meat.
Or 2 hard boiled egg.
Or a quarter chicken grilled or boiled.
Or a pack of tuna from the oil refinery.
or 2 Grilled fish.
Or 2 boiled potatoes.
Or 2 pieces of cheese.



Dinner:

- 2 piece of cheese + green salad in any quantity.
- Or 2 fruit.

- Notes:
Exercise daily
You can eat 1 sugar tablespoon per day
Drink a lot of water
You can switch the yogurt in breakfast to a quarter cup of skim milk.
Quantity of cheese at each meal, about a 1/4 kg.
