Or eggs
Or three-quarters cup of legumes (eat eggs twice a week and only meat 3 times)

Dish of whole grain or milled and preferably Full, half cup of brown rice
Or wheat or pasta.

Steam cocked vegetables as much as you like with the addition of 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil

Cup of skim milk and fruit or frozen fruit or chocolate cake.
