first thing you want to have abdominal fat loss is changing up your eating, okay are you eating a lot of sugars, are you eating pastries, are you eating sneaker bars, are you, you know, you can cheat some times, but only three times a week, so any, or more than three times a week, are you consuming an excess amount of sugars, then this, this is the first thing you got to fix, this is and you got to change up your abdominal fat loss program, you need to evaluate your daily eating habits, and if you work on this, because this is probably going to
be the easiest way that you lose weight, or lose fat, would be changing up your diet. The next thing is consume more Proteins, so if you are eating less Sugar, and you are eating less Sneaker bars, and you are eating less Twizzlers, so what are you eating now, so now you are eating Proteins

so now you are eating Chicken, you eat Fish, you are eating Beans, you are eating anything that has Protein in it. This is the type of food that you want to focus on, because Protein is what helps your body develop and while you are consuming Protein your body takes a little bit more calories to digest that Protein, so it s almost like half of the food goes away automatically, it s already burned up, because it takes your body more work to digest Protein. So with just these two tips alone you can seek amazing abdominal fat loss results just like that, but if you keep on following the other rules I am going to give you, top notch stuff okay. So the next thing is, are you eating Fruits and Veggies, so you know like I said before you are eating less Twizzlers and less Sneakers bars, so what are you eating now, Fruits and Vegetables, there is vegetables out there that actually help you burn belly fat, like Cauliflower and Broccoli, I know it s a not my favorite that you know the favorite amongst people that are trying to be healthy, but trust me you can make ways to make it tastier, you can put a little bit of pepper on it, you can add it on to your steak, broccoli on steak sounds amazing to me if you ask, very well

one of my favorite meals, if eat that instead of whatever you are eating now, whether it be chips and soda, you are going to see results, just follow that advise, but I highly recommend you go with that workout advise too. So the
next thing is the workout advise, alright a lot of people out there in the gym they are doing just cardio, all they are doing is dialectical or the running, you are basically paying a gym membership to have the awesome abdominal fat loss results.
