the first you got to fix  Abdominal fat loss start, look for somebody who teaches fitness, or look for your body that works out with weights, and don t worry girls, you are not going to get bulky, if you start lifting weights, it just does not happen like that, if you were to get bulky the first time you touch a weight, you think a lot more guys would have muscle right, so that s something to think about right there. are you keeping your heart rate up, I see a lot of people at the gym, they say that they are working out, but they are in just talking to their friends, taking turns at the machine, this is no way to burn fat, this is a great way to build muscle, and it brings a little bit of fat, but it s not the potential, not a full potential, you want to do one workout, go to the next one, go to the next one, go to the next one, take a little break, go to the next one go to the next one, like that you will get your heart rate going, and like that you will really burn a lot of fat. And that s basically it, the next thing was include full body work outs.

but I already said that, include full body workouts, instead of doing abs all the time, do a couple of squats, do a couple of push ups, and you will see a lot better results you don t have to worry about getting bulky, ladies I promise and guys come on man up again, get serious about the gym, don t think of it as a hang out spot, think of it as a spot for you to really put maximum effort, and you will see the results.
