this fat loss program had been designed for the people who have a lot of business all the time like the people who works on wall street stock market they have to work all the time even when siting behind the desk
they have the right to follow a fat loss program and lose weight without the need to change their life style to do that
this fat loss program will be effective with their work times and activities.
we recommend that the person who follow this program must walk for 20 minutes at least per day, it does not require to exercise for a long time or to do hard exercises.
the fat loss program as follows :
Daily Breakfast:
cup of low fat + 1 plum
Lunch
wheat bread Cheese sandwich
the first Snack:
1 apple

Small Piece of cheese
dinner:
2 Beef teak
small dish of steamed vegetables.
2 shrimps
1 glass of milk
the day last snack :
4 slices of turkey
