Fifth day

Lunch: A quarter chicken +4 tablespoons of rice + salad + fruit
Dinner: 2 slice cheese + piece of white cheese + salad + vegetable +1 toast


Sixth day
Breakfast: one teaspoon of white cheese toast +1 + fruit + a glass of skim milk
lunch: 2 piece of meat +100 French fries +1 toast+ Steam-cooked vegetables.
Dinner: piece of pizza + cheese + salad + a glass of skim yogurt.


Seventh Day
Breakfast: 3 tablespoons of beans +1 toast + half cup of skim milk + cake slice
Lunch: Grilled fish +4 tablespoons of rice + salad + fruit
Dinner: a triangle of cheese + boiled egg + salad +1 toast
