Abdomen, buttocks and chest fat loss

Every one want to have the perfect body that contains the perfect chest , abdomen and buttocks, every one goes to the beach and see the hot guys with the fit bodies and huge muscles and all of use dream to have such a body ,but if you look forward to be like them you must follow a fat loss program at the first place ,you must know that without fat loss you will not be able to have a body like that , fat loss is not the impossible mission for you or for any one ,and it is not magic it just depends on your strong will and your believe on your self , there is thousands of fat loss programs and plans but you cannot follow any fat loss program , you must choose it your self and you must believe that you can really follow it, you must search for the fat loss program that suits you and begin to follow it , to day fat loss program will help you to lose fats especially the abdomen, buttocks and chest.

The fat loss program:-
The first day:
Breakfast daily
1:2 hard-boiled eggs + fruit + tea or coffee without sugar with low fat milk
Lunch: fish (grilled or boiled, or tuna (no oil) + cucumber or lettuce
Dinner: toast +4 tablespoons of cheese or milk + fruit
Day Two:
Lunch: 1 yogurt + 1 cucumber + one class of fruit
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs + one class fruit
Third day:
Lunch: salad (cucumbers + tomatoes + green peppers turkey)
Dinner: milk or cheese + toast or half brown bread
Fourth day:
Lunch: Vegetable problem (boiled or cooked) + toast
Dinner: a cup of yogurt + cucumber + boiled eggs
Fifth day:
Lunch: fish (grilled or boiled) or tuna (no oil) + salad (cucumbers + tomatoes + green peppers)
Dinner:
A variety of fruit (grapefruit - apples - pears - Guava)
Sixth day:
Lunch: grilled or poached chicken + salad (cucumbers + tomatoes + green peppers turkey)
Dinner: Milk + 1 boiled egg+ tomato
Seventh day:
Lunch: bean (one tablespoon of olive oil) + salad + Brick
Dinner: fruit variety (preferably apple) + cup milk yogurt
Tip: Coffee and tea are allowed whole the day without sugar with low fat milk and water as desired.
