•fat loss program :

Before breakfast every day
the burning Juice (which is a yellow apple fruit + fruit carrots + 2 sticks celery tablespoon ginger, and is beaten in a blender and drink a glass before breakfast directly).


From the first day until the seventh day
Half a loaf of bread +6 tablespoons beans with lemon and olive oil or a piece of cheese with tomatoes and olive oil and thyme + Any vegetables be provided, such as dark green pepper and watercress.


Two hours after breakfast
