The 3 Week Diet

Magical women diet program to lose weight and Reduce the abdomen size.

Many women suffer from an increase in the size of the abdomen, usually due to the following reasons :-
1 - swelling and are treated with the Specialist Internal Medicine or diseases of the digestive system to determine the cause of the problem and treatment is usually easy.
2 - sagging abdominal muscles and the treatment was therefore necessary to exercise regularly with a focus on abdominal exercises, back, or at least walking regularly and ensure the suction of the abdomen on a permanent basis.
3 - fat in the abdominal area and resolution in the next diet program.
the diet program :-
First and second day:
Breakfast: fruit + pieces of cheese + 1 tea
Lunch: grilled fish slice + power plus the lemon and celery
Dinner: boiled egg + vegetable + slice of bread between meals + cucumber, shredded

Today the third and fourth:
Breakfast: 1 banana + cup night
Lunch: Quarter Chicken + without ghee or vegetable oil + salad

Dinner: 2 toast age + cheese slice


The fifth day and sixth:
Breakfast: half a grapefruit +1 apple
Lunch: steak walk + salad

Dinner: fruit plate containing 5 fruits a problem


General observations in this diet:


1 - Before each meal, 2 cups water + lemon juice


2 - between meals option lettuce


3 - allowed pending addition of olive oil and one for salad


4 - salad consisting of lettuce and 1 option tomatoes + parsley + watercress + celery + cheese slice


5 - dish consists of vegetables, beans, zucchini and eggplant and the broccoli and artichoke, it can be boiled or grilled as you wish.

Added to the grilled lemon + salt and pepper.
