Breakfast:a cup of coffee or tea without adding any sugar with two slice of wheat bread.

Lunch:french salad ,two boiled egg and one boiled carrot .

Dinner:two slice of steak .


day4-

Breakfast:a cup of coffee or tea without adding any sugar with one slice of wheat bread.

Lunch:a boiled carrot and one boiled egg.

Dinner:appropriately amount of yoghurt and fruit.


day5-

Breakfast:a cup of coffee or tea without adding any sugar .

Lunch:one grilled fish with appropriately amount of boiled vegetables.

Dinner:two Pieces of steak ,fruit and french salad.


day6-

Breakfast:a cup of coffee or tea (you can add lemon to the tea) without adding any sugar .

Lunch:a grilled chicken breast.

Dinner:two boiled egg and one boiled carrot .


day7-

Breakfast:a cup of coffee or tea (you can add lemon to the tea) without adding any sugar .

Lunch:enough amount of fruit.

Dinner:you can eat any thing you prefer in just appropriately amount.
