It is recommended the following: vegetables and fruits rich in water and fiber
Eating fresh vegetables and fruits rich in water in abundance, and fiber as well before eating a meal, such as: (lettuce - tomatoes - cucumber - green pepper - fresh vegetables - green beans - spinach - carrots - onions - Option - Pear - Strawberry - Apple - Watermelon).
Vegetable juice
A lot of juice, fresh vegetables (tomatoes - carrots - apples - grapefruit).
Walking exercise
